Jean Eckman, BROKER and Property Manager, hails from Pennsylvania where she grew up on a farm.  Jean's father was a building contractor and her mother was one of very few women dentists in the area.  Jean is the mother of 3 daughters and Grandmother to 8.  She has a diverse  working history.  She started out working for Bell Telephone,  raised racing horses, and was a very successful at selling farming equipment all over the world.  In the mid 80's Jean found her way to Sebring. Once in Sebring Jean joined Century 21 Advanced Sebring Realty, Inc.  She began to grow the  Property Management Department and developed it into a successful and valueable service for the company. Through out the years Jean has been an active member of the Board of Realtors.  Serving As President, Secretary and has been the receiptant of the Presidents award and Realtor of the Year.  She is still active in the Board serving as the Chairperson of the Grievence committee. Jean is very active in her church and is an active volunteer.   In January of 2026 Jean and her long time assistant Lora became business partners in Hometown Rentals of Central Florida, LLC.  Serving all of Highlands County for their Property Managment needs. 

Lora Todd, REALTOR and Property Manager - Lora started working in the real estate industry as an office coordinator for Century 21 Advanced Sebring Realty, Inc. at the age of 19.   Jean and Lora have had a strong working relationship for the past 40 years.  Lora learned the property  management business working alongside of Jean and together they now own Hometown Rentals of Central Florida with the best Team in the business.  Their main focus is and has always been their clients and tenants first.  Lora is a 3rd generation Florida Native and was born and raised in Avon Park where graduated from Avon Park High School and attended South Florida State College where she studied Business.  Lora is  proud alumni of the Avon Park High School Marching Grenadier Band were she played clarinet, bassoon and bagpipes.    She now lives in Sebring were she enjoys attending church, the great outdoors, cooking for friends and spending time with her Dog Lucy June. 

Sherrie Porter, Office Coordinator,  Sherrie is a native of Rock Hall, Maryland, a small town on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. She moved with her husband and family to Sebring in 2003. She has a strong background in Administration and Accounting. In her early years she kept books for numerous small seafood companies.  She worked for Chestertown Bank and managed a restaurant "Three Little Crackers".  She was accounts payable manager for an International Company, Wartsila Diesel  and accounting for LaMotte Chemicals.  Her last 10 years of living in Maryland she was the Director for Rock Hall Christian Youth Center where was called to work with the youth of the community.   Since moving to Florida she has worked in the real estate industry for the past 7 years. 

Jacqueline (Jackie) Swain, Account Manager - Jackie was born and raised in Highlands County, living amoungst the orange groves and cattle pastures.  Her father was a preacher for 30 years as well as working for the City of Avon Park.  Her mother worked as a Desk Manager for River Ranch Resort for many years as well as working in Shipping and Receiving for Walmart.  Growing up in Avon Park Jackie graduated with Honors from Avon Park  High School were she is also a Alumni member of the Avon Park Marching Grenadier Band.  After Graduation she attended South Florida State College  where she graduated with  an A.A. and a Bachelor's degree in Supervision and Management.  She has worked for over 15 years in Finance and Banking and As a Legal Assistant and is currently working toward becoming a Paralegal.

Nicole Onfray, Administrative Assistant/Accounts Receiveables - Nicole has worked in the rental business for past 5 years with Lora and Jean.  She is the mother of 3 childern.  Being from Chile orginally Nicole speaks fluent spanish.  She has worked in retail holding a management position.  She is assists in keeping leases current, processing invoices, preparing monthly statements to owner and keeping the office running smoothly.  She resides in Sebring with her family and is a very active parent in her childrens activities.
